- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund, or to compensation for its reduced value.

Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, you may return eligible items (faulty or damaged product upon receival) within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or a Zevana Jewels gift card.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging, proof of purchase and with all the paperwork (such as diamond certificate & metal certificate).
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

As we operate exclusively online, please reach out to us via email.
Please use a tracked and insured delivery method and include the original packing slip or a detailed note with your order number and reason for return.
Faulty or Damaged Goods

- We will cover reasonable shipping costs for returns of faulty or incorrect items.
